How to get information about an issued apostille?
- the apostille number (listed in item 8 of the apostille)
- the apostille issue date (listed in item 6 of the apostille)
- and, if required, the apostille verification control code (listed below the apostille form)
After entering these parameters, check the "I'm not a robot" box and complete the verification. Once verification succeeds, click "Search".
Note that an apostille affixed to an electronic document can also be verified by uploading the electronic document bearing the electronic apostille to the registry.

This site only allows verification of apostilles affixed by the competent authority of Ukraine — the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine — after 09.11.2015.
Apostilles affixed by other competent authorities of Ukraine cannot be verified in this registry.
If the apostille you are verifying was issued before 01.03.2026, you do not need to fill in the "Apostille verification control code" field.
What is the expected verification result?
If the check succeeds, the apostille — and in some cases the document it was affixed to — will be displayed on screen.
Otherwise, check whether the apostille is subject to verification in this registry and whether the entered data is correct, or contact the competent authority that issued the apostille directly.
